It has been a beautiful day, although cool and windy. Our weather here in this part of Texas has been unseasonable, in the 40s at night and high 50s to low 60s during the day. Maybe that means our summer won’t be so hot! I can only wish. This time of year means fruit trees are putting on their blooms and we have some that are particularly beautiful. Have you ever heard of a Jujube tree? This puts out a fruit, which to me, is similar to an apple in texture, but quite smaller and not so sweet. Read more about them here. We have three of them and they are in bloom. The flowers are gorgeous – tiny and star like which are a creamy color. The fruit it produces will come later.
By the way, this is my 200th post!!!
