I have been wanting some chicken and dumplings since last week, so tonight I made some. I think these are the creamiest I have ever made! I normally add milk and butter to thicken up the juice after the dumplings have cooked but this time, I didn’t have to do that. I make my dumplings with a biscuit mix and then add milk, but this time I had some Half and Half, which was almost gone and then some heavy whipping cream (which was almost gone), so I used that along with milk. I have to remember that next time. These were REALLY good!!
